I loved waking up to a stunning beach view every morning! The breakfast setup was perfect, and the staff truly made my stay special. The pool area was a fantastic place to unwind after a day of fun in the sun!

The stay had its highs and lows. The room was clean, spacious, and offered a fantastic ocean view. Unfortunately, check-in was a hassle; The front desk staff lacked warmth and responsiveness, which was disappointing. Pregnant staff members were exceptional, ensuring we got a room despite cancellations. The heated pool was a nice touch, and the cookies? Fantastic. Breakfast had variety, though missing fresh fruit options. A request for towels went unanswered for an hour, which was frustrating. I appreciate the location and some staff efforts but urge improvement in customer service and responsiveness. This experience could have been seamless with a bit more attention.

Super close to the beach and tons of restaurants, plus we could walk to the Mardi Gras parade—so fun! Loved the room upgrade and having a nice view. Breakfast was solid too, with yummy hot options. Just wish the pool music wasn’t so loud; it really made it hard to chill out for a bit.

I had a rough time at this hotel. The front desk staff were unhelpful and rude. When I asked for assistance with my Hilton points, they just stared at me blankly, making a frustrating experience even worse.

The oceanfront view is stunning! The breakfast offers tasty options and the big, clean rooms are quite welcoming.

The room was very clean, with tidy beds and up-to-date furniture that added a modern touch. I appreciated the spaciousness of the double queen room, which provided plenty of room to move around. the sliding bathroom door frequently got stuck, which was inconvenient. The temperature control worked well, keeping the room comfortable. Noise levels were an issue, especially from the nearby Hyatt, as poolside music carried into our space. The ocean view was lovely, but the beach access required crossing a busy highway, which was a bit tricky.

Our family had a blast at the vibrant nearby casinos, lively shops, and delicious family-friendly restaurants in the area.
My wife says that families with children would appreciate more kids' entertainment options.

Had a great time! The rooms were spacious, and the beach view was lovely! The location was convenient, with nearby places to visit and dine.
The check-in process was a bit of a hassle, with confusion over names and confirmation details. the lack of daily housekeeping service was disappointing, as we had to manage our trash and linens ourselves.

I was disappointed with the heating and air conditioning system in the room. The temperature control seemed off, and it took a while to adjust to a comfortable level. I appreciated the tea and coffee facilities in the room. It was nice to have the option to make a hot beverage whenever I wanted. As for the sitting area, I found it to be cozy and perfect for relaxing after a long day. One area that needs improvement is the lack of garden furniture. It would have been nice to have a place to sit outside and enjoy the fresh air. the free toiletries provided were basic, and I felt there could have been more variety or better quality options available. The flat-screen TV in the room was a nice addition, but the channel selection was limited, which was disappointing. The curtains also didn't fully block out the sunlight, making it difficult to sleep in on bright mornings. I was disappointed with the dry cleaning and laundry services. The refrigerator in the room barely chilled beverages, and there was no way to adjust the temperature. This made it challenging to keep drinks cold. my stay at the Hampton Inn had its ups and downs.

Hit up the shops and restaurants nearby. The pool and spa on the top floor were so cool. Breakfast was awesome and the staff was super nice. Definitely coming back with my crew!
Just wish there was a better teen hangout spot with music and games.

Had an amazing Christmas stay here! The breakfast was top-notch with real bagels, ample choices, and a spacious dining area. Being just a few steps away from the beach and close to various restaurants and casinos made our days truly hassle-free. The hot shower had great pressure and we enjoyed premium TV channels for free, adding extra comfort to our stay.
The beds were quite hard and the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed, making it challenging to get their attention promptly. There were delays in getting towels, and room service was lacking.

I had a great time at Hampton Inn, right on the beach. the spacious room was mostly clean, and the free breakfast was excellent.
